Stage 1 Gold Coast Light Rail
DSE was contracted by McConnell Dowell to install the electrical and communication conduits, and the temporary and permanent lighting. The project comprised of a 13km rail corridor with 16 stations that connects the Griffith University and GC hospital at Parklands to Broadbeach.
DSE also completed 10KV, 33KV road crossing upgrades, 11KV overhead to underground supply at Parklands and constructed several Energex pits. Bombardier Transportation also engaged DSE to install two Trackpower Stations at Southport and Broadbeach.
