DSE has commenced works on the Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3 which spans from Broadbeach South to Burleigh Heads. These works will cover 6.7km and decrease traffic congestion when completed.

DSE was initially engaged for the Energex Relocation Works from November 2022 completed 2025 and kept on the project to complete Combined Services Route (CSR) works from May 2024 to Now.
